1. When I power on the machine, the S, M, L, and P lights are flashing, and the water level indicator is flashing?
Hikaru contains an electronic scale, which may need to be reset to ensure correct weighing function after transportation, movement, or impact. When you see the S, M, L, and P lights flashing along with the water level indicator, press and hold the start button until you hear a "beep" sound, then release it. The machine will then start draining the water tank until the electronic scale is reset. At this point, the S, M, L, and P lights will be off and the water level indicator will stop flashing.

2. After performing the drainage to reset the scale, the S, M, L, and P lights and the water level indicator continue to flash, and it switches to flashing S, M, L, P lights, and the Bluetooth and cleaning lights are steady on?
Hikaru contains an electronic scale. If the machine has undergone severe impact, it may require calibration of the weighing function. When you see the S, M, L, and P lights flashing, along with the Bluetooth and cleaning lights constantly on, please follow the instructions in the manual or within the app to perform weight calibration.

3. Why is there water spraying from the water outlet during the first drainage reset when the new machine has no water in the water tank?
Each pump component of Hikaru undergoes water flow calibration during production; additionally, some Hikaru machines are inspected, so residual water in the pipes is a normal phenomenon.

4. After turning on the machine, the S, M, L, and P lights are flashing, and the Bluetooth light is steady on?
Hikaru contains an electronic scale. If the machine has undergone severe impact, it may cause the weighing function of the electronic scale to require calibration or damage. When you see the S, M, L, P lights flashing and the Bluetooth light steady on, please power off and restart the machine. 1. How do I clean the Hikaru water tank?
Hikaru has a built-in smart cleaning reminder function. After brewing coffee 200 times, the cleaning indicator light will come on to remind you to clean the water tank. Please refer to the instructions in the manual or the app for guidance on initiating the water tank cleaning mode.

We also recommend using filtered water or distilled water to brew coffee to prevent mineral buildup in the water tank. If your water quality has a higher mineral content, we suggest performing water tank descaling more frequently to maintain Hikaru's heating function and ensure proper water flow.

2. How to clean the white machine body if it gets dirty?
Wipe off any spilled coffee immediately after brewing with a damp cloth to reduce the chances of color deposits. For other dirt, gently wipe with an eraser or stain remover.
